Forest Gin 70cl

Hand-crafted by the Bond family in very small batches, Forest Gin is a premium London Dry Gin created with a considered blend of traditional and foraged botanicals. Several classic gin ingredients, including organic juniper berries and coriander seeds, are steeped in organic grain spirit to build a clean, aromatic base.

Forest botanicals are broken up using a pestle and mortar, with ingredients sourced and foraged from Macclesfield Forest where possible. While the exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret, the flavour is shaped by wild bilberries, wild gorse flowers, wild raspberries and local moss, blended with several other fragrant botanicals. The botanical mix is added to the spirit and distilled through the brand’s own copper condenser, before being blended with local spring water.
