Stronger Gum Regular: Sugar Free Spearmint, 120 pieces (330g)

Stronger Gum is a hard chewing gum, designed with a certain rigidity to strengthen the jaw muscles. It also contains vitamins D3 and K2, which support the bone and muscle-building process.

Jaw muscles respond best when they are worked out for at least 15-30 minutes at a time.

For regular Stronger Gum, chew 2, 4 or 6 pieces at a time, with an equal number of pieces on each side of your mouth on the molars.

As your bite gets stronger, it may benefit you to chew more pieces at once.

For optimal results, minimise movement of the cheeks while chewing. This means you should aim to keep the area at the side of the lips as still as you can.
