Tamiya Mercedes Benz 300SL (1:24 Scale)

An icon of 1950s motoring, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL is recreated here as a Tamiya plastic model assembly kit in 1/24 scale. Built for the 1/24 Sports Car Series, it captures the character of the original with working gull-wing doors and an opening engine hood, both supported with mechanisms to hold them open during display. The kit also recreates the complex tubular space frame, bringing an extra layer of realism to the build.

Designed for adult constructors, it includes a range of finishing details to support an authentic look once painted, from nylon mesh for the front air intake to metal-plated parts for exterior trim. Window masking stickers are supplied for painting, alongside metal transfers to depict mirror surfaces and emblems.
