This digital thermometer with probe is simple to use. Select your temperature unit - from ℃ or ℉. Place its tapered stainless steel probe into your food. It'll provide an accurate reading between -40℃/-40℉ and 232℃/450℉.

With its ultra-thin, tapered tip, this probe leaves a tiny puncture mark. This prevents flavour and moisture escaping during cooking, and also ensures your food looks more appealing when serving time arrives.
