Accurate readings offer reassurance at the hob, oven or barbecue, while a bright red LED display makes temperatures easy to read at a glance.

Simple controls let you choose between ℃ and ℉, then insert the tapered stainless steel probe into your food for a reading. A hold function freezes the temperature on screen, so you can remove the probe and still note the result. The ultra-thin, tapered tip leaves only a tiny puncture mark, helping to prevent flavour and moisture escaping during cooking and keeping food looking more appealing when it’s time to serve. When finished, wipe the probe clean and store it with the plastic protective cover.
