Tekirdag Raki GOBEK (700ml - 45%)

Produced in Turkey, Tekirdağ Rakısı Göbek is a rakı made from 100% fresh grapes and distilled with Anatolian aniseeds in a copper pot still. A single-cycle distillation process is used, with only the heart of the distillation retained, giving it a soft, light character and preserving the aromatic freshness of the grapes.

No sugar is added. Its smooth profile suits a range of food pairings, particularly cheeses, olive oil-based vegetable dishes, fish, and lighter appetisers such as white cheese and melon. It also works well alongside nuts and other savoury snacks.
