EFE Raki - Sari Zeybek ORIGINAL (700ml - 45%)

From Turkey’s first private distillery after the end of the state monopoly, Efe Sari Zeybek Original is a raki with a distinctive production style and 45% ABV. Crafted using both fresh and dried grapes, it is double distilled, with anise from Tefenni in Burdur Province added during the second distillation.

Matured in special oak barrels for 90 days, this 700ml bottling has a smooth, almost oily texture with delicate buttery notes, a full-bodied character and a refined aroma. The current expression contains no added sugar. A Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition underlines its standing within the category.
