Handmade to order, these signature biscuits are inspired by the traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit known as the Linzer cookie. Co-founder Lisa is from the south of Germany, and the recipe is based on her grandmother’s Linzer recipe, excluding the nuts. The result is a jam biscuit with a balanced sweetness and a distinctive character.
