Synopses

The Last Firefox

Charlie Challinor is already dealing with bullies at school and unsettling changes at home when he is made guardian of a fox cub called Cadno. Cadno is no ordinary animal: he is a firefox, the only one of his kind, and a sinister hunter from another world is tracking him. Pulled into an unexpected fight to keep his flammable friend safe, Charlie must find a courage he never knew he had.

The First Shadowdragon

After defeating the evil Grendilock and saving Cadno, Charlie hopes for a quiet spell, but trouble returns from the realm of Fargone. With his family drawn back into danger, he sets out alongside Lippy, Roo and a new magical ally, Blodyn. Their journey leads them to face the dreaded Draig, a shadowy monster draining life from the land, and to uncover a secret connection between Draig’s past and Charlie’s own.

The Lost Sunlion

When dangerous, out-of-control weather threatens Charlie’s home town, he suspects there is more at work than climate change. Returning to Fargone with Cadno, Lippy and Roo, he finds the realm in peril as well. The giant Gawr has stolen the Cariad, the Heart of Fargone, disrupting its magic and plunging the land into chaos.
