Ultimate Provence UP Rosé 2024

From Ultimate Provence, the UP Rosé 2024 is a Provence rosé shaped by a 100-acre vineyard around the town of La Garde Freinet, at the northern foot of the Notre Dame des Anges chapel. Set in wild countryside and bordered by a vast evergreen oak forest, the vineyard is characterised by shallow soil laid on a waterproof subsoil sandstone slab. Nourished with a natural compost of oak leaves and vine stalks, the plots are marked out with grassy areas, helping define the character of this vintage.

In the glass, Syrah brings dry, white pepper spice across the palate, while a touch of Rolle adds acidity and brightness. Expect notes of winter citrus alongside warming spice on the finish, making it a considered choice for relaxed aperitifs and food-friendly occasions alike.
