From an estate near Saint-Tropez, Ultimate Provence White is a Côtes de Provence white wine made from Rolle. At 12.5% ABV, it offers a fresh southern French style, with a profile comparable to Pinot Grigio.

In the glass, it shows a pale gold colour with flecks of lime green. The vineyard sits beside a nature reserve at the edge of an oak forest, with shallow topsoil over an impermeable sandstone slab and soil enriched by humus from oak leaves and vine shoots.
