What happens on the day

When you arrive, you’ll both be greeted by the host and shown around the cutting gardens, with an introduction to the flowers and foliage available to pick. You’ll learn how to cut your chosen blooms, with tips on selecting the best stems and increasing vase longevity.

You’ll also discuss colour schemes, flower shapes and sizes to create the best visual impact for your bunch. Afterwards, you’ll have time to wander through the cutting gardens, choose your blooms and enjoy your glass of Prosecco. Your hand-picked bunch of flowers will then be wrapped for you to take home.

Participant guidelines

• This is an outdoor activity, wondering the flower gardens, so please come dressed appropriately to the weather
• They grow flowers in the polytunnel, if it’s raining flowers can be picked from inside
• Minimum age 10 years

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• This experience is available on most Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between July to September, with a select few evenings also available during the season
• We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for the full experience
