Bring everyone together for a Family Photo Experience that turns time spent as a group into a lasting keepsake. This studio portrait session offers the chance to capture your family with the help of a professional photographer, with one complimentary 10in x 8in print to take home.

Studios across the UK and Ireland offer this experience, using up-to-date technology to create a polished family portrait. You are welcome to bring props, memorabilia or a change of outfit to personalise the session. After the shoot, you will attend a viewing appointment to choose your complimentary image, making this a thoughtful choice for marking family milestones or updating the photographs on display at home.

What happens on the day

On arrival at the studio at your allotted time, you and your family will have a portrait session with a professional photographer. The photographer will work with you to achieve the perfect picture.

A viewing appointment will take place after the portrait session for you to choose your complimentary 10in x 8in portrait and order any additional photos that you might like.

Some studios cannot offer viewings immediately after the portrait session, but a convenient appointment will be made to view and choose your image at a later date. Please check when you make the booking whether you will need to return.

Please note

• You will receive one complimentary print
• A p&p charge will be payable to cover recorded delivery of your print(s) at some locations
• A fully refundable booking deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session
• No more than one family photoshoot voucher can be used within a 12 month period
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
• Only one voucher may be used per person within a 12 month period

Participant guidelines

• Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• At least two generations/three or more people must attend the portrait session. The maximum number of participants varies depending on location due to the size of the studio but the majority of the studios can take 15+ people at a time (please check when making your booking)

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only
• We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability
• You should expect to spend 1 hour at the studio. The portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes
• Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary
