As evening falls, this twilight spa experience at Bannatyne Health Clubs and Spas offers time to switch off and enjoy a quieter spell of relaxation. Alongside access to the spa and gym facilities, the experience includes one treatment of your choice, making it a thoughtful option for anyone who would welcome a midweek pause.

Your chosen treatment lasts approximately 20 minutes, with options including a Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and a Bamboo Deep Tissue Back Massage. A Divine eye mask is also provided to use during the treatment or take home, and a £10 retail voucher is included with a minimum £40 spend.

What happens on the day

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a member of the team and provided with a spa bag if required. This contains a robe, towel and flip flops. You’ll then choose your treatment from the available list, before a qualified and experienced spa therapist carries it out. The treatment lasts approximately 20 minutes, after which you are free to use the onsite spa and gym facilities.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 18
• Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, which will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your booking, before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)
• If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please refer here

Please note

• Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable.
• Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day.
• Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear.
• Please note, the treatment length specified includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and hands-on treatment time.
• Cancellation policy: 48 hours amendment policy
• Bannatyne operate a cashless payment system, so please take a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• The experience is available Monday to Thursday, arrival from 4pm depart at 8pm. Exclusions may apply.
• We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please allow 4 hours for the whole experience, the actual length of the treatments may vary slightly. Please check with the supplier at the time of booking.
