Drawn from organic vineyards around the village of Göttlesbrunn on the family estate, it shows a deeply coloured style shaped by the region’s warmer climate.

Fruit richness and fine tannins define the wine’s character, with silky black cherry notes balanced by pepper spice. Brief maturation in 2,000L barrels softens the wine before bottling, giving it a polished, easy-drinking profile that suits grilled dishes, tapas and hearty suppers.
