Our Wild Oxen Spiced Rum is fermented & distilled right here in our distillery from cane sugar.
We macerate our white rum with seven vibrant island spices to create a delicious premium spiced rum that is full of tropical flavour. Hand crafted from start to finish.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Baked spices with golden syrup & coconut
Palate: Clove, vanilla, marzipan
Finish: Warming with caramelised orange
Signature Serve – Serve tall over ice with ginger beer to make a Dark & Stormy or pair with a premium cola & lime wedge.
