Rooted in a long-established rakı tradition, Yeni Rakı Yeni Seri is a Turkish aniseed-flavoured spirit made from fresh and dried grapes with first-harvest aniseed. Bottled at 45% ABV, it offers a smooth, distinct profile shaped by the use of the season’s freshest aniseeds.

Launched in 2009, this expression is produced through the fermentation of grape juice with yeast, followed by distillation to create suma, which is then redistilled with Turkish-grown aniseed in traditional copper alembics. Its refined character makes it a natural match for cold, herby mezzes.
