Produced by the Francoli family distillery in Northern Italy, Santa Marta Limoncello is made with selected Sicilian and Amalfi lemons and bottled at 25% ABV. The recipe combines lemon juice, lemon infusion made from 100% lemon peel, neutral spirits, sugar and water, creating a bright, balanced liqueur with a clean citrus character.

Served ice-cold, it works equally well as a neat after-dinner pour or as a dessert serve over vanilla ice cream. Crisp citrus aromas lead into a smooth palate with intense lemon flavour, natural sweetness and fresh acidity, followed by a clean finish with candied lemon peel and gentle warmth.
