Produced from 100% grape spirits made with Anatolian grapes, Efe Göbek Rakı is a triple-distilled rakı with a precise, traditional approach. Bottled at 45% ABV, it is made in copper alembics with aniseed added throughout the distillation process, building a layered aromatic profile and a notably clean character.

Only the middle cut of the distillate, known as the göbek, is used, giving this expression its focused style. Fresh grape distillate known as suma forms the base, with no added sugar, and the spirit is matured for 100 to 120 days to allow the flavours to settle and soften. The result is bold yet balanced, with vivid aniseed, bright grape freshness and a lingering, velvety finish.
