With a 5.5kg (12lb) density, these recycled chip foam blocks are described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping you support, stabilise and align the body as you move.

Use a block under the hips to encourage a straighter spine, or combine all four for classic shoulder stand support. Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each batch has a mottled, multicoloured appearance. Please note: these blocks may not adhere strictly to standard sizing specifications, with variance potentially more than 3mm.
