With a 5.5kg (12lb) density, the recycled chip foam is described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping you feel stable as you work on alignment and positioning. It can be used to raise the hips for a straighter spine when seated, or combined with other blocks to create a classic shoulder stand support.

Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each block has a mottled, multicoloured appearance and may vary in colour from batch to batch. These chipped foam blocks are almost the same as the brand’s regular blocks, but may not adhere strictly to the standard sizing specification, with variance occasionally more than 3mm. The 1" spacer format is particularly useful when you want to reduce or increase lift height by less than 2" (5cm) in one go. Made in England, UK.
