Yoga Studio 1'' Inch Chip Foam Half Yoga Block (Twin Pack)

From Yoga Studio, this twin pack of 1" chip foam half Yoga Blocks offers a practical way to fine-tune support in your practice. Designed to help aid alignment in yoga poses, these spacer blocks are particularly useful when you need to reduce or increase the height of your lift by less than 2" (5cm) in one go. Use them to support, stabilise and align the body, or to raise the hips for a straighter spine.

Made from densely compressed recycled chip foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each block has a mottled, multicoloured appearance that can vary from batch to batch. These chipped foam blocks are almost the same as the regular blocks but may not adhere strictly to standard sizing specifications, with variance potentially more than 3mm. Please note: they are not as dense as EVA foam blocks and have a softer, squishier feel in comparison.
