3MM Wire Rope Grips x10 - DIN741 Galvanised Commercial Cable Clamp Bulldog Clip

Designed for practical rigging and general wire-rope assemblies, these DIN741 commercial Wire Rope Grips provide a secure way to form loops or create a temporary join when working with 3mm wire rope. Made from mild steel with a galvanised coating, they offer corrosion resistance suited to use on board boats as well as similar applications on land.

Supplied as a pack of 10, each grip is finished in galvanised steel and sized specifically for 3mm wire rope. For best results during fitting and ongoing service, follow the recommended orientation and tightening guidance to help maintain the correct torque over time.

Safety information

• Grease the threads on the nuts and bolts before fitting
• Space grips at least 6 times the diameter of the rope
• Fit with the ‘U’ bolt on the unloaded end of the rope and keep the grip correctly orientated
• Tighten each nut evenly and in turn to achieve the recommended torque settings
• Leave unused for 24 hours, then re-check torque and re-tighten if required
• After the first application of load, re-check torque and re-tighten if required
• Periodically check torque settings during service
