Flax Farm cold-pressed organic high lignan flaxseed oil is presented here as a pack of four 250ml bottles. Made from flaxseeds and bottled in the traditional way, it is unfiltered, unrefined and produced in small batches. The oil has a delicate, mild and creamy character with a nutty flavour.

Natural lignan-rich particles settle as a dark layer at the bottom of the bottle, which is normal. This versatile oil can be added to porridge, salads, soups and shakes, or used in dressings, mashed potatoes, houmous and other Mediterranean dips and sauces. It is also popular with people following The Budwig Diet and OMS diets.

Storage and serving
