Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil – 500ml

Made by Flax Farm, this fresh cold-pressed flaxseed oil has a delicate, mild and creamy character with a delicate nutty flavour. Produced simply by cold-pressing flaxseeds and bottling the oil in the traditional way, it is made in small batches and left unfiltered and unrefined, with no preservatives used in the production method.

The 500ml bottle is well suited to regular kitchen use and works across a wide range of dishes, from porridge, salads and soups to shakes, pasta and cooked vegetables. It is particularly popular with people following the Budwig Diet and OMS diets, and can also be blended with low-fat yoghurt and cottage cheese or used in houmous and other Mediterranean dips and sauces.
