Antinori Grappa Tignanello N.V.

From Marchesi Antinori, Grappa Tignanello is a limited-quantity grappa made from pomace sourced from the Tignanello vineyard in the heart of Chianti Classico. It is distilled from Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes, capturing the aromatic character of the fruit in a refined spirit.

The pomace is transferred to the distillery immediately after racking and then pressed, a process that uses skins rich in alcohol and aromatic substances. Individual distillation lots are carefully selected, with only the most balanced and aromatic components assembled for bottling.
