Balfour Liberty's Bacchus 75cl — English Bacchus White Wine from Kent

From Balfour Winery’s Hush Heath Estate in Kent, Liberty’s Bacchus is a still white wine made from Bacchus grapes grown at the top of the Foxridge vineyard. Produced by Owen and Fergus Elias, this English white brings together bright aromatics with added texture from wild fermentation and a careful touch of oak ageing.

Fresh and crisp yet layered in style, it shows notes of elderflower, hedgerow and citrus with gentle spice and real body. That combination makes it well suited as an aperitif, while its structure also lends itself to the table alongside fresh oysters, grilled sea bass, English asparagus or tangy goat’s cheese.
