Cramele Recas Solo Quinta Branco (One Key) Vegan White Wine

From Cramele Recas in Banat, Solo Quinta 2025 is a dry white wine built from an annual blend of Chardonnay, Feteasca Regala, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc and Cadarca, a red variety vinified as a white wine. At 13.5% ABV, this vintage shows a full-bodied, richly aromatic style shaped by carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in the Dealul Tiganului, Uberland, Brunen and Pfefferberg vineyards.

For the 2025 vintage, Chardonnay remains the dominant variety, while three months in 100% new French oak barriques from Dargaud & Jaegle, with medium and high toast levels, adds further depth. The result is a wine with notable power and character, suited to richly flavoured dishes and capable of ageing for up to 15 years in temperature-controlled cellars.

Tasting notes

Nose

Concentrated and elegant, with lychee, pineapple, passion fruit, apricot and peach, followed by toast, roasted hazelnuts and caramel with aeration.

Palate

Powerful yet harmonious, with impressive structure and balance.

Serving suggestion

Serve at 10–12°C. Pairs well with saltwater fish in rich sauces such as meunière or beurre blanc, lobster and crab, oven-roasted poultry dishes, and exceptionally tender beef including Wagyu.
