Made from corten steel, this gate develops a protective rust layer when exposed to atmospheric conditions. It arrives in a normal metal colour and will gradually form its characteristic rusty finish over time. A lockable system adds security, while the gate post base includes 4 mounting holes for fixing to the ground and improving stability.

Treatment & maintenance

Corten steel is naturally anti-corrosive and does not require painting. The surface is not rusted when received and will develop its protective rust layer over time. To accelerate this process, it can be sprayed with soap water and salt water. Avoid contact with the developing rust layer to help prevent staining on clothing.
