From Bisci, the Verdicchio di Matelica 2024 is a Verdicchio DOC wine made entirely from Verdicchio grapes. Harvested by hand into small boxes, the grapes are taken straight to the cellar, where the fruit is softly pressed before the must is transferred to concrete vats for fermentation. The wine is then refined in concrete, a considered approach that keeps the process focused and precise from grape to glass.
