The chrome steel barbell features a knurled grip handle to support control and stability as you lift. Suitable for a wide variety of movements, this set can be used for deadlifts, bench presses, rows and curls, as well as Olympic weightlifting. With a 1-inch hole, the slim cast iron plates are compatible with most standard barbells and dumbbell bars, making it simple to switch between exercises.
