Built for serious lifting in a home gym, the Body Revolution 7ft Olympic Barbell Bar pairs solid chrome construction with a structured steel grip section for a controlled, durable feel. At 213 cm in length and 20Kg in weight, it offers the proportions of a full-size Olympic bar while remaining well suited to spaces where efficient layout matters.

Smooth-rotating sleeves with integrated brass bushings create a fluid 360° spin, helping the bar move cleanly through curls, rows and presses. A knurled handle improves grip security during each set, while compatibility with all 2-inch Olympic weight plates makes it easy to use with existing equipment. Two spring collars are included to keep plates firmly in place, and the bar supports a maximum capacity of 250Kg.
