Celestron Royal Observatory Greenwich Travel Scope 70 Telescope

Created in collaboration with the Royal Observatory Greenwich, this special edition Celestron Travel Scope 70 is a compact refractor telescope with a 70mm aperture, 400mm focal length and f/5. 7 focal ratio on a manual alt-azimuth mount. Its portable format and fully coated glass optics make it a practical choice for travel, casual astronomical observing and terrestrial viewing.

The aluminium optical tube pairs with a preassembled full-size aluminium photographic tripod for quick, no-tool set-up, while the 45 erect image diagonal keeps views correctly oriented. Supplied with 20mm and 10mm eyepieces for 20x and 40x magnification, the telescope also includes a 5x24 finderscope, accessory tray and a custom backpack that holds the scope, tripod and accessories. SkyPortal app access and Celestron Starry Night Basic Edition software are included.

Never look directly at the Sun with the naked eye or with an optic (unless you have the proper solar filter). Permanent and irreversible eye damage may result.
