Celestron Motor Drive for EQ AstroMasters & PowerSeeker Telescopes

Hands-free tracking brings added ease to an equatorial telescope, and this Celestron motor drive is made for AstroMaster and PowerSeeker models on CG-2 and CG-3 German equatorial mounts. It is a single-axis Right Ascension drive with variable speed control, allowing the mount to follow celestial objects as they move across the sky once polar alignment has been set.

Powered by a 9V battery, it operates without trailing cords and can be used in either the Northern or Southern Hemisphere via the North/South switch. A speed rate regulator lets you adjust the motor to suit different observing targets. Compatible with all EQ AstroMaster and PowerSeeker telescopes, it covers popular models including the 130EQ and 114EQ as well as a wide range of 60EQ, 70EQ, 76EQ, 80EQ, 90EQ and 127EQ variants.
