Celestron Ultima Pan Tilt Head Tripod

Built for steady viewing without unnecessary bulk, the Celestron Ultima Pan Tilt Head Tripod offers a practical aluminium support for spotting scopes, binoculars and cameras. Its three-section legs, adjustable centre column and pan-and-tilt head give it the flexibility to adapt to changing ground conditions and viewing positions, whether scanning a distant landscape or setting up for longer observation sessions.

Smooth directional control comes from the panning handle and tension knob, while the mounting platform tilts up to 90 and locks securely in place. A quick-release plate with a 1/4"-20 mounting bolt and adjacent locking pin allows fast attachment of compatible equipment, and the safety release mechanism prevents the plate from sliding fully out without pressing the release button. The tripod reaches a maximum height of 1720mm and includes a retractable balance hook at the base of the centre column for added stability when needed.
