In Cellier CUNE (CVNE) Gran Reserva Rioja 2018, an intense dark cherry colour sets the tone for a structured Rioja. Aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and raspberries are layered with hints of spice and vanilla, leading into a complex, elegant palate with fine tannins and a long finish.

Colour and structure are developed through maceration during alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is suitable for ageing in American and French oak, then matured in centenary cellars for a minimum of 36 months under controlled temperature and humidity before release.
