From Château Purcari, Cuvée de Purcari Extra Brut is a white sparkling wine from the Republic of Moldova made using classic bottle fermentation. With 12.5% ABV, it brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc in a blend shaped by the estate’s history since 1827.

Extended bottle ageing gives the wine a soft, persistent mousse. The bouquet is fresh and expressive, with citrus and fruity notes, while the palate shows freshness and a mineral character. It suits light appetisers, oysters and fresh seafood, served well chilled.
