Balfour Leslie's Brut NV 75cl — Traditional Method English Sparkling Wine

From Balfour Winery at Hush Heath Estate in Kent, Leslie's Brut NV is an English sparkling wine made by the traditional method. Named after co-founder Leslie Balfour-Lynn, it offers a polished introduction to the estate’s sparkling style, with a blend led by Chardonnay and supported by Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and a small proportion of Pinot Gris.

Handpicked parcels are pressed separately and the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 12 months. This gives it a savoury brioche character alongside green apple, pear and crisp citrus, with a fine, persistent mousse and a clean, refreshing finish. Its fresh acidity and linear profile make it well suited to celebrations, aperitif service and food pairings from canapés and oysters to white meat dishes and fish and chips.
