In the glass, it shows a clean, bright appearance with a warm yellow tone and golden highlights. Fine bubbles form a continuous bead with a persistent mousse, reflecting bottle fermentation. The nose opens with delicate toast notes, layered with stone fruits such as peach and nectarine, set against brioche and nutty nuances developed through long ageing on its lees. Broad, complex and balanced, the palate is described as creamy, with an aromatic richness that continues to evolve in the glass.
