Made with a basket-picked harvest gathered between mid-August and the third week of September, it is produced using unpressed Garnacha grapes fermented in new French oak barrels, with the remaining wine fermented in small stainless steel tanks.

Aged sur lie, this white wine undergoes battonage for five months before being refined prior to bottling, bringing added depth and character to the finished style.
