Cotswold Gold Truffle Mayonnaise

Inspired by Cotswold Gold’s television appearances with Raymond Blanc Kitchen Secrets (2011) and James Martin The Food Map (2013), this truffle mayonnaise is made with white truffle infused extra virgin rapeseed oil for a smooth finish. A refined addition to the table, it pairs well with cheese, meat and vegetable dishes, and works particularly well with chips.

Made with extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil, it forms part of the brand’s mayonnaise collection alongside Garlic Mayonnaise and later additions including Lemon and Chipotle.
