From Cramele Cotnari, Cotnari Selectie de Busuioaca is a rosé wine from Moldova with 13% ABV. Made from Busuioaca de Bohotin, it shows a bright antique pink colour with delicate rose hues and a medium-dry style.

The aroma brings strawberries and wild woodland strawberries, followed by an intensely fruity palate with medium acidity. Served chilled at 7-8°C, it suits fish dishes, shellfish, crayfish, poultry, appetisers, duck or goose liver, goat’s cheese, burduf cheese, grilled chicken, salmon, mussels and seafood.
