From Guyana, El Dorado 8 Year Old Demerara Rum is a blended rum aged in oak barrels for at least eight years. At 40% ABV, it sits in the richer side of the range while keeping a smooth, balanced character that makes it well suited to both neat pours and classic cocktails.

Careful blending and tropical ageing give this expression a rounded profile, with depth from oak maturation and a composed finish. It offers more weight than a lighter gold rum, while remaining soft and easy to return to.
