From De Martino, Las Olvidadas 2019 is a field blend made from old-vine País and San Francisco. Produced from 2,507 vines aged between 100 and 300 years, it brings together around 80% País and 20% San Francisco, with naturally low yields shaping its character.

The nose opens with leafy, peppery aromas, followed by deeper notes of earth, tar and yeast extract. On the palate, the emphasis is on texture: soft, harmonious and complete, with silky tannins and fresh yet understated acidity. Elegant and finely balanced, this is a distinctive red with real poise.
