Del Maguey Vida Puebla Mezcal 70cl

From Del Maguey, Vida Puebla is a Single Village Mezcal (70cl) crafted in Axocopan, Puebla, using artisanal methods in a state-of-the-art palenque near the base of the volcano Popocatépetl. Made with ripe agaves from Puebla, it is roasted underground, naturally fermented and twice distilled in small copper stills, resulting in a mezcal with a soft texture and a characterful aromatic profile.

On the nose, expect bright fruit and florals, alongside a hint of green herbs, poblano peppers and savoury notes of roasted agave. Designed to shine in mixed serves, it works particularly well in a Mezcalita or Mezcal Paloma, and can also be enjoyed in cocktails such as the Carajillo or the Perfect Paloma.
