Distileria Ionescu produces this blackberry liqueur, Murata Ghiobesti, by macerating blackberries with sugar in plum distillate. Made without the addition of other ingredients, it has a traditional character shaped by ripe fruit from local plantations. At 30% ABV, it offers a fruit-led style suited to serving after dinner or as part of a liqueur selection.

The natural colour comes from well-ripened blackberries, and the liquid is left unfiltered. It also contains 1% whole fruits, adding to its distinctive character.
