From Domaine Les Chaumes, Jean-Jacques Bardin’s Pouilly-Fumé is a Loire Valley white wine from Pouilly-sur-Loire. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and bottled at 14.5% ABV, it reflects vineyards in Pouilly-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain and Saint-Martin in the Nièvre, with vines averaging 20 to 30 years of age.

The hard limestone and flint soils of the Pouilly terroir bring minerality, finesse and a fresh, lively character. A light yellow colour with green hues leads into a pronounced, crisp and fruity aroma, while the palate shows excellent length. Best enjoyed young, it suits seafood-led dishes and classic Loire pairings.
