Manufactured to ISO4878 EN1492-1:2000, it is made from 100% polyester and finished in red, with reinforced eyes at each end for dependable handling during lifting and moving tasks.

Lighter than chain and wire rope slings, it is easier to transport and simpler to safety check, with no hidden corrosion. The webbing construction is intended to fit the load without damage to the load or the sling itself, while the stated ability to absorb shocks supports controlled handling in use. Each sling is tested to a 7:1 factor of safety, with a stated safety factor of 7:1.
