Fixaball M10 Drop In Anchor Lipped Masonry Concrete

For flush-set fixings in solid masonry, the Fixaball M10 lipped drop in anchor provides an internally threaded expansion anchor for use in concrete, brick and non-porous stone. The lipped design sits flush against the surface to prevent over-insertion, while the internal M10 thread accepts bolts or threaded rod of any length.

Suitable for mechanical and electrical services, suspension systems, cable trays, signs and hand rails, it can be set independently of hole depth and used in non-cracked concrete. Removal of the fixture leaves the anchor in place.

Safety information

• Use a hammer drill and a carbide tipped masonry drill bit matched to the outside diameter of the anchor.
• Drill the correct hole diameter and depth, then clear all debris with a brush and blow out pump before installation.
• Set the anchor flush with the concrete surface.
• Use the relevant setting tool of the same diameter as the anchor until full expansion is achieved.
• Tighten to the recommended torque using a torque wrench.
