Fixaball M20 Throughbolts Galvanised Heavy Duty Masonry Concrete Anchor

For concrete, masonry and non-porous stone fixings, the Fixaball M20 through bolt provides a hot dip galvanised anchor for non-cracked substrates. This torque controlled anchor is suitable for use in concrete over C20/25 and is finished with a minimum galvanising thickness of 45 microns.

The through-fixing format allows the anchor to pass through the fixture once it has been positioned. It is also suitable for reduced embedment where contact with rebars or reinforcement cages needs to be avoided. The cold formed body supports consistent dimensional accuracy and material stability.

Safety information

• Check the concrete strength before installation to ensure the class is suitable.
• The concrete base must be compact with insignificant porosity.
• Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
• Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material surface.
• Take special care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
• Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris using a suitably sized brush.
• When the temperature is below 0ºC, ensure water does not seep into the hole.
• Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material being fixed and the washer.
• Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
