Fixaball M20 Throughbolts A4 Stainless Steel Masonry Anchor ETA Option 7

For heavy-duty fixing into non-cracked concrete, masonry and non-porous stone, this Fixaball M20 throughbolt masonry anchor is manufactured from A4/316 stainless steel. It is a torque controlled expansion anchor for through fixing, with the hole diameter matching the bolt diameter to simplify positioning where fixtures are awkward to mark out, remove and refit.

Suitable for use in concrete over C20/25 strength, it is intended for applications exposed to constant water, air and chemical contact, including salt. ETA Approved Option 7, it is suited to non-cracked concrete where close edge distances, close anchor spacing and high loads are required.

Safety information

• Check the concrete strength, grade and edge distance before installation to ensure the substrate is suitable.
• The concrete base must be compact and crack free.
• Minimum installation depth values must always be respected for anchor depth, anchor-to-anchor distances and anchor-to-edge distances.
• Drill to the specified minimum depth and diameter, perpendicular to the base material surface.
• Take special care when drilling near reinforcement areas to avoid damage.
• Clean holes thoroughly to remove dust and debris with a suitably sized brush.
• When temperature is below 0ºC, make sure water does not seep into the hole.
• Do not apply any intermediate layer between the material to be fixed and the washer, such as sealing products.
• Apply the specified torque with a torque wrench.
